Reception is open 8am - 12noon & 4 - 8pm, Monday to Friday (except Fri evening). We are often here at other times and you can also leave a message on our answer service and we’ll get back to you quickly.

Cardio Pilates

Physiotherapy
Wednesdays all day, call Phillipa (0437 770 393) to book:
- Initial Evaluation (45 minutes) $90
- Follow-up treatments (30 minutes) $75
- Extended follow-up Treatments (60 minutes) $115
Rebates available through extras private cover health insurance.
Feldenkrais
Tuesdays & Thursdays, call Holly (0428 595 109) to book:
- Individual session of 60 mins: $90
- Individual session of 90 mins: $130
- Awareness Through Movement group classes: $20 (Concession $15)
