Studio classes involve using all the equipment and take place in small groups to ensure that your physical requirements are met. Our tailored programmes provide safe and effective ways to stretch, strengthen and streamline the body without building bulk or stressing the joints. Our instructors deliver constant supervision and quality instruction for the duration of the session. Special attention is placed on safety, cueing and appropriate exercise selection.
