Cardio Pilates moves to Saturday mornings!
Enjoy a workout that includes 30min cardio/muscle toning and 30 min Pilates. It’s a complete workout that helps you to spend less time in the gym and gives you more free time! One on one sessions are available at other times with Emily Ranford.

Saturdays 8am to 9am
Cost:
1:3 session $42 per person
1:1 session (60 minutes): $75

MAT PILATES PROGRESSIVE COURSE (6 WEEKS)
Saturdays 10.15am with Emily (60 mins)
Join us through 6 weeks of intensive mat pilates courses starting at a beginners- intermediate level and progressing through a variety of traitional mat pilates exercises.
We include mats and small props (such as magic rings, balls and elastic bands)
