Yoga Soup is an eclectic, practical and enjoyable approach to hatha yoga and meditation that is adapted to your needs. You will learn many ways to stretch, breathe and meditate that make your body and mind feel alive and clear.

The approach is positive but gentle, avoids strain and lets your body unfold and strengthen in ways that are grounded and sustainable. The class is small and user friendly.

Early Morning Six Week Course

Wednesdays 7-8.15am, starts September 16

$150 (Class size limited to ten)

Diana Corr has been teaching yoga for twenty years. She trained in the Viniyoga tradition. Yoga Soup grew from working with many different people with many different bodies. She loves to teach small groups in a way that is dogma free and personally relevant.
